What it costs to joinCurrent annual subscription rates are: Ordinary £34.50 We accept payment by direct debit, cheque, postal order or internet/telephone banking transfers. Subscriptions are due for renewal annually on the anniversary of the month joined. Receipts are not sent unless requested. Direct DebitsMembers are urged to use the direct debit method: the member signs a direct debit form giving the Association authority to claim the subscriptions direct from the member’s bank account; the form is returned to the Membership Department and sent to the member’s bank after recording the details. Subscriptions are claimed at the beginning of the month due. If you wish to set up a direct debit please contact the membership department on 020 7388 5558 and a form will be sent to you. Alternatively you can download a form by clicking here. Cheque or Postal OrderCheques should be made payable to "The Magistrates Association" and be sent to: 28 Fitzroy Square, London, W1T 6DD. If renewing your subscription, please make sure your membership number is written on the reverse of the cheque. Internet/Telephone Banking TransfersYou can make bank transfers via online or telephone banking but you must make sure your membership number is given as a reference for the transaction or we will not be able to tie up the payment with your record. For further details of this method of payment please contact the membership department on 020 7388 5558. If for any reason you do not wish to renew your membership please contact the Membership Department at least six weeks before your subscription is due. |
